Tipton Professional Suites (TPS) is located on the second floor above the former Market on Main in Tipton, Indiana. Originally built in 1926, the building has been carefully remodeled over the past few years, maintaining much of its original charm despite being nearly 100 years old.

Enter TPS through the door at street level on the northeast corner of the building, located on Main Street. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find eight office suites ranging from 145 sq. ft. to 597 sq. ft.

Suites rent for $300 to $800 per month, depending on size. All utilities are included, as well as high-speed wireless internet. Mailboxes are provided at the bottom of the stairs for direct mail delivery. Common areas include a lounge with a kitchenette, a conference room, a small sitting area, and separate men’s and women’s restrooms.

Suites 207 through 208 are inter-connected, offering a unique opportunity for a larger space depending on your needs. Up to 1,033 sq. ft. is available by utilizing these connecting offices.
